Privacy policy

The short version: this site is a single “coming soon” page. It doesn’t ask for your name, use cookies or sell personal information.

Effective 4 November 2026

Who we are

This policy covers the CalcRaven website (“CalcRaven”, “we”, “us”), which is operated from Australia. You can contact us about privacy at hello@calcraven.com.

When you visit

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and where they came from. Cloudflare states that this service doesn’t use cookies or track you across other websites, and we only see combined statistics that don’t identify you.

If you switch the site between light and dark mode, your choice may be saved in your browser so the page remembers it. It isn’t sent to us.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply, and we delete messages when we no longer need them.

Sharing and overseas transfers

We don’t sell or share personal information. Our service providers, Cloudflare and our email provider, may process information in other countries, including the United States, under their own security safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, which is most likely an email you sent us, by emailing hello@calcraven.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or to the data protection authority where you live, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your EU supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

When we launch our calculators, we’ll update this policy and show the new effective date at the top.
